Beyond the obvious typo: your email belongs to exactly ONE product side - if you registered on the CA (Tax Expert) side, the seller Self-File login won't accept it, and vice versa. Use the login page for the side you registered on, or reset the password via "Forgot password".
Q"Email already registered"

An account with this email already exists - sign in instead of registering, or use "Forgot password" if you've lost access. Registered with Google originally? Use Continue with Google.
QA verification screen blocks me after registering

Password signups need a one-time email verification - check your inbox (and spam) for the link. The resend button is on that screen; link requests are rate-limited, so wait a couple of minutes between attempts.
Q"Valid 15-char GSTIN required"

A GSTIN is exactly 15 characters: 2-digit state code + 10-character PAN + 3 more characters. Count yours and watch for spaces copied along - and double-check before saving, because the GSTIN is recorded permanently.
Q"Client with this GSTIN already exists"
A
This GSTIN is already registered on your account - open Your Businesses and use the existing card instead of adding it again.
Q"August 2026 isn't open yet - it becomes available on 1 September 2026"

GSTR-1 is filed for COMPLETED months, so the current month opens only on the 1st of the next month. The newest selectable period is always last month - this protects you from filing a month that isn't over.
