A source file carries dates AprilTax couldn't safely convert to the portal's DD-MM-YYYY format (the error lists the exact invoices). Rather than let the portal reject your filing, the download stops. Fix the dates in the source file (or re-export it fresh from the platform - re-saved Excels often mangle dates), re-upload, regenerate, and download again.
Q"No data" when downloading

There's no prepared return for the selected period - usually the period picker moved, or the return was never generated. Check the month/year selector, walk Review (which generates the return), pass validation, and the Download step unlocks.
QThe Download step itself is locked

Download unlocks only when every critical validation check passes - that's the point of the step order. Go to Step 4, run the checks, fix anything red (how), and the download buttons appear.
