How do sellers use the CSV bundle for analytics and performance tracking?

  1. State-wise sales map - pivot b2cs.csv on the POS column: which states buy from you, where demand is growing, and where returns eat your margin. Useful for ad targeting and courier selection.

  2. Returns rate - your credit notes (cdnr.csv) and the negative rows against gross sales give a true, GST-grade return percentage per month - often quite different from what the marketplace dashboard shows.

  3. Platform split - supeco.csv gives per-marketplace net supplies from the operator's own reported data: your real Amazon vs Flipkart vs Meesho mix.

  4. Product performance - hsn_b2c.csv totals sales by product category (HSN): which product families drive revenue and at what GST rate.

  5. Month-over-month tracking - keep each month's bundle; because every bundle has identical columns, a simple spreadsheet stacking them gives clean trend lines that reconcile to the rupee with what you filed.

  6. And because these CSVs are exactly what you filed, any analysis you build on them is audit-consistent - your dashboards and your GST returns can never disagree.
